Penalty Shoot Out is an online game designed to provide fun and entertainment to registered users. When accessing the site users undertake to play in a fair, honest and responsible manner and not to attempt to manipulate any game or collude in any way to affect the outcome of a game.
1. The operator of the site reserves at its sole discretion the right to suspend, ban or otherwise exclude any user from accessing the site for whatever reason.
2. Registered users can open a points account and use points purchased to enhance their team's chance of winning. Points are non-transferable and non-refundable. If a user is excluded from using the site any credits in their points account shall be forfeit.
3. From time to time prizes may be offered to registered users. Any prizes shall be discretionary and there will be no obligation on behalf of the operator of the site to provide such prize offerings.
4. Users understand and accept how the game operates and is played and agree to participate in good faith.
5. All original material on this site is subject to the laws of copyright, design rights and format rights and may not be copied, or reproduced in any manner without prior consent. All further rights reserved.

Referral terms and Conditions
General
The Referral System is run at the sole discretion of the operator of the site and is designed and intended to allow registered users who are actively playing Penalty Shoot Out to participate in promoting the site and to receive rewards for doing so.
The Referral System is to be used only to recommend Penalty Shoot Out to people known to you and/or whom you have permission/consent to contact. You must not use unsolicited email ("Spam") or otherwise seek to make unsolicited contact with people not known to you either by electronic means or otherwise.
The Referral System can be closed to new participants at any time at the sole discretion of the operator of the site.
Should the operation of this site cease for whatever reason the referral system shall similarly cease without any liability whatsoever to the operator of the site.
Eligibility
All registered users 16 yrs of age and over are eligible to participate in the Referral System. To qualify for payments you must have a points account and you must purchase a minimum of €10 worth of points per month.
Payment
Payment is made by email sent to the address you registered. We currently use PayPal for this service and you will need an account with them to receive payment. A PayPal account is currently free to open, but there may be subsequent charges made for transactions.
You will bear all transaction costs relating to your PayPal account.
The operator of the site reserves the right to amend, change, add to or delete any and all methods of payment or payment processing at their sole discretion.
Any payment made under the Referral System shall be paid at the rate(s) as shown on the website.
